At Lenses of Faith LLC, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency, ensuring that each package serves as a reminder of faith, hope, and encouragement. Below are our shipping details and policies to help guide your expectations.

We strive to process all orders promptly. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. If your order includes custom or made-to-order products, processing may take 3-7 business days to ensure quality and accuracy. During peak seasons or high-volume sales events, processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on your selected method and destination:

• Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1 business day
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination & customs processing)

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

• Shipping Days: Monday – Friday (with possible Saturday processing)
• Cutoff Time for Same-Day Processing: 2 PM EST (orders placed after this will be processed the next business day)

If fulfilling from our location, we aim to ship out orders by 4-5 PM EST each business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at eyeseenow@lensesoffaith.com

While we strive for timely deliveries, Lenses of Faith LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or external factors. If your package is delayed or lost, please first check with the carrier using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us, and we will do our best to support you.

We are blessed to serve customers worldwide! However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Lenses of Faith LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery at eyeseenow@lensesoffaith.com with photos of the issue. We will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure you receive the correct product.
