1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, and digital downloads, are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

Fuel Your Focus Vending LLC aims to provide convenient and reliable snack vending services. If a product fails to dispense, is damaged, or expired, customers may request a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
- Product did not dispense after payment
- Product damaged or expired
- Machine malfunction during purchase
Refund Process:
1. Scan the QR code displayed on the machine.
2. Complete the refund request form.
3. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible or digitally.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Fill out the below requested information:
- Email completed information to: eyeseenow@lensesoffaith.com or text completed information to: (779) 217-3570 and we will replace your item or issue you a full refund.
- We will also provide instructions upon your request for returning your item if necessary.
If an item fails to dispense or is defective, please complete our Refund Request Form within 7 days of purchase.
