Fuel Your Focus Vending Machines LLC offers a tiered revenue-sharing model designed to ensure fairness during slower sales periods while rewarding both parties as performance increases.

Revenue is calculated based on gross monthly sales per machine as follows:

8% of gross sales for monthly revenue under $500
10% of gross sales for monthly revenue of $500-$1000
12% of gross sales for monthly revenue above $1000

This structured approach creates a balanced partnership by protecting the location during lower-volume months while aligning incentives as sales grow.

All revenue reporting is transparent and provided on a consistent monthly basis.

Final terms are agreed upon prior to installation to ensure mutual clarity and alignment.
